This establishing shot shows whereabouts the film is set, and with the roof tops its shows it’s a built up area. The cloudy sunrise could be representing the mood of the film that there's never anything bright just moody and unhappy.
The long shot shows two characters sitting at a train station looking not so comfortable perhaps the are they are in doesn’t seem or isn't safe. This shot would work well in our trailer as we have taken location shots of train stations and the urban aspect is in keeping with our theme.
This close up of the female actor gives the audience a sense of anger but intense as it engages with them. The background is blurry therefore making her appear more in focus and the smoke coming from the cigarette implies her mind is maybe blurry or she has something on her mind.
This shot has two characters but the actor further away seems to be in more focus and her facial expression towards the other actor nearer the camera seems unpleasant and angry. The nearest actor has her head facing down as though she's done something wrong or scared, but because she's not in focus this could be implying her role isn't as important.
This
scene shows the male holding a gun and staring at it, this could be because he’s deciding whether to
use it or could have just shot something/ someone with it and debating what to
do with it or thinking about what he’s just done.
